일본의 1990년대 인기 연재만화 "망량전기 MADARA" 를 기반으로 제작된
16Bit 슈퍼패미컴 RPG게임, 시리즈 2편.
만화와 세계관을 함께 하고 오리지널 스토리를 입혀 제작.발매되었다.
당시 RPG에서 보기 어려운 리얼사이즈 그래픽을 적용하였으며
실제와 비슷하게 서로 얽히며 전투하는 독특한 배틀 시스템을 적용하여
처음에는 거칠고 끊어지는 느낌의 전투가 다소 익숙하지 않으나
중.후반부로 가면 게임만의 묘한 재미를 알아 갈 수 있게된다.

1993년 발매된 게임을 2015년 전곡 새롭게 어레인지하여
게임 음악 앨범으로 발매하였다.
코나미의 실력있는 사운드 팀 "구형파 클럽"에서 작곡.편곡한 이 앨범은
게임의 추억과 듣는 즐거움을 동시에 얻을 수 있다.
